LSF Property Services was set up in 2000 by Luis Fazzio. With a background in industrial engineering, his ability to provide practical solutions for all types of maintenance issues meant his services were quickly in demand. The business has grown steadily ever since, employing a trusted team of handymen and multi-traders and offering maintenance and refurbishment services to clients across London.
LSF Property Services has a reputation for providing quality services to the supported housing sector. We recognise the need for confidentiality and sensitivity when working in properties where residents are vulnerable. Our clients know they can trust us to deliver in environments where flexibility and understanding are essential.
Maintenance issues happen at any time and can be costly. We do our best to respond at short notice so that our clients can keep their services open and residents safe. We have years of practice at juggling schedules and moving work around to keep everyone up and running.
Our staff are DBS checked, sign confidentiality agreements and uphold our code of conduct. We hold public liability insurance up to £5 million and have appropriate risk assessments in place.

Almost all our work is for clients within the supported housing and voluntary sector. We do sometimes have availability for jobs in private homes near our offices in Tooting, south London.
We ask that all maintenance requests are emailed to us at admin@lsfservices.co.uk This allow us to keep track of work at each site.
All requests for maintenance are monitored and checked as they come in.
If a request is not urgent we may not contact you for a few days as we wait for work at that site to build up. This is more cost effective for you.
Where requests are more urgent we will aim to get back to you during the same working day, or within 24 hours.
We can be contacted 24/7 if we have a pre-existing agreement in place with your organisation or project to provide out of hours cover.
We will provide detailed written estimates for planned refurbishment work and larger maintenance jobs. For smaller routine maintenance work we will charge our hourly rates.
Everyone who works for us has undergone an enhanced DBS check.
